Qualifications
Tinkle Makhija completed her graduation in B.Sc.(H) from Delhi University, where she was the Vice- President of the Department of Computer Science. She then pursued her passion in legal studies and got a degree in law i.e. LLB from Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. After that, she secured a degree in Masters in Law i.e. LLM from Kurukshetra University. She also has a certification in Punjabi language.
Work experience
She worked in Punjab and Haryana District Court and High Court in the capacity of a legal intern. Besides doing her degree in law in Chandigarh, she even gained training in Judicial Services examination preparation, where she also worked as a teaching associate and taught subjects such as Intellectual Property Rights, Contract law, legal aptitude as well as Punjabi language to students preparing for Punjab Judicial Services.
After that she went into practice in Delhi and worked as a Legal Associate with senior advocate of High Court of Delhi. Her practice areas include civil law, consumer law, arbitration and family law. She practices in District Courts and High Court of Delhi.
She continued her studies for judicial services examination in Delhi and taught few subjects such as constitution, arbitration and legal aptitude along with it. She has also been a guest lecturer in a private college in Delhi NCR where she taught IPR.
Ms. Makhija has also been associated as a researcher in producing revised forms of few bare acts under the guidance of a senior advocate.
